You may return/exchange any purchased item which is new and still in its original, unused, unworn and unwashed condition, with original tags attached. We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 7 days of your order delivery date and let us know your intention to exchange/refund by emailing info@fabricsauce.com.au . We will email you a Return Form that needs to be completed and sent off with your return promptly. Upon inspecting the returned item, we will then gladly credit your original method of payment, minus the original shipping cost. For exchanges, we will resend the new exchanged item for free without any additional charges.

Fabric Sauce takes the utmost care to ensure that all items are quality controlled and checked before they are dispatched however; we do strongly advise that all items are checked by you on receipt of your order to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please notify us immediately if you wish to return your item within 7 days of the delivery date. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the items in the provided time frame.

Please note that any returned items that have been damaged or altered from their original condition will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer. We allow for only one free exchange, any exchanges thereafter will incur delivery costs.

We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
