Happy New Year to you all, although January has almost gone, and it certainly did go quickly.  I only have one day of school holidays left before we start chasing that school bus again!!! I hope you have all had some family time and stitching time this January.  I always use January to start my new projects and think about what projects I would like to have completed by the end of the year.  I do like to plan, it doesn't always happen but I do try! We are kicking off a big year here at the shop with Thursday the 31st being our first sit and stitch day for the month.  Our Farmers Wife Quilt-a-long is progressing along, we have had lots of unpicking amongst us while we all get settled and started but hopefully we will all be going forward from here. Not every one is posting yet but if you would like to see what some of us are up to you can find our progress under the #fsfw2019qal. February will see our bag making kick off again 19,20 & 21st February  - Take A Stand 19,20 & 21st March  - Running with Scissors 12 March - Meshing Around I have had lots of inquiries about classes so if you would like to come to one of these days or all 3 please contact me and we can work out a day for you. 29th and 30th of March will see our Tutor Lyn Wilson come and visit the shop!  It's a strip day, a great way to use up that Jelly Roll that has been thrown in the cupboard or to use up some of your scraps by cutting them into strips.  Lyn has just had her patterns released in America so she is fitting us into her busy schedule.  If you would like to come along please contact me and I can book you in.  We are sure to have a fabulous day and lots of fun.
